The Role
Dunchurch Infants School and Dunchurch Boughton CofE Junior School make up the Dunchurch Schools Federation.
Our priority is to ensure that our children can learn, thrive and be successful. With a reputation for highly successful school improvement, we are passionate about driving up standards and raising the aspirations of all our pupils.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, inspirational and innovative leader to join the Federation from September 2021.

Key Requirements
You will work creatively and collaboratively to provide strategic and motivational leadership to raise standards and deliver the highest quality education with high expectations of yourself and others.
You will be a charismatic, innovative and inspirational leader, an excellent communicator and have a clear understanding of what the very best education looks like. You will have relentless personal drive and you must be able to demonstrate commitment to the values of the federation.
The successful candidate must be a motivated practitioner who can lead by example and inspire others, whilst providing challenge and rigour, driving the ambition for all of our pupils to succeed.
