About the Team and the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Software Delivery Team Lead to work closely with the Online Applications team and its customers.
Building and leading an agile delivery team, you will help support and deliver high-quality, customer-focused, technical solutions that exceed our customer's expectations.
Although a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is very beneficial, this is a non-technical/people focused role. We are looking for someone who will create, influence, and support an environment of innovation, self-learning, and continual improvement. Someone who wants to drive forward the team through both a personal development and customer delivery.
