About Us and the Role
Market Hall Museum sits at the heart of historic Warwick.
Working as part of our Front of House team, the role covers both the Museum Café and Museum Gift Shop.
Your daily tasks could vary between making fresh paninis and serving locally sourced cakes and beverages, to selling event tickets, gifts, and souvenirs.
Our team aim is to deliver a consistent and enjoyable visitor experience whilst generating essential income for the Museum.
Relief Visitor Services Assistants work on an ad hoc basis to cover staff holidays, absences, and extra activities at the Museum, when required. This will include working weekends.
About the Candidate
Happy to work in a busy customer-facing role, you must have experience of working in a customer service environment and you are confident in speaking to a wide range of people.
Good levels of numeracy and literacy are essential to this role.

The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
