Youth Justice Service Case Manager

About us
Warwickshire Youth Justice Service is looking for an experienced qualified Probation Officer or a Social Work England registered Social Worker, to join our existing team of case managers based at the Nuneaton Justice Centre.
You will work as part of a multi-agency service, to prevent and reduce offending by children and young people by providing services as required by the Crime and Disorder Act. This post will also involve work with parents/carers and victims of crime.
The ideal candidate will have the skills to manage the three risk domains within youth justice-serious harm to others, safety and wellbeing and reoffending. Your key tasks will be the supervision of children and young people subject to court orders both in the community and in custody, compiling Pre-Sentence reports and representing the Youth Justice Service at court. Full training and continuing professional development will be provided to those new to this area of practice.
