About Us and the Role
ICT Enabling Services have a vacancy for an End User Apprentice to join ourextremely busy team. Under the supervision, guidance and support of experiencedICT Analysts your duties will include diagnosing, supporting and rectifying allICT related issues utilising a range of ICT Technologies and our ITSM system.
You will be expected to portray a customer focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude with an eagerness to learn as you will be providing technical support to non-technical colleagues across the organisation via the ICT Service Desk, Self Service Portal or via walk-ins.
