About Us
Warwickshire Fostering Service is responsible for recruiting, assessing, and supporting foster carers. We also have a team to support Special Guardians. We are fortunate to have a really good team with a mix of family support workers, social workers, and an in-house Psychologist. This has meant we offer you the opportunity to join a well-functioning and rounded service.
The Role
We are looking to recruit a permanent Fostering Team Leader as our current manager is retiring. The contract is for 30 hours. The role will involve managing fostering supervising social workers to ensure standards are not only maintained but also improved.
You will need to be a natural Leader and be responsive to the differing members of your established team. You will also support the wider management team by inclusion in the Managers Duty Rota and supporting the Placement Hub managers when required.
You will support the Operational Lead for Fostering in achieving our organisational vision and outcomes.
