About Us
The Asylum and Leaving care team is a county wide service delivering a service to our 18-25 Care Experienced young People and UASC young people to make the transition from living in care to living independently. The service strives to have our care experienced young people central to decision making and developing the service. The culture is supportive, with emphasis on restorative practice throughout the service.

About the role
We are looking to recruit an 22.5 hours a week Team Leader in the leaving care service, where you will join a highly skilled and experienced management group. Within this role you will manage Personal Advisors and a Senior Practitioner. The role will give you the autonomy to work in a creative way to develop the services and the skills of your staff. The Team Leader will be on a rota basis to manage duty on a regular basis from the office. The role will give you an opportunity to join a management group who are experienced, supportive, and creative within their practice.

The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
