Archaeology Warwickshire is a cadre of experts who successfully deliver high-quality, professional archaeology and heritage services across the midlands, to a range of private and public sector clients. Our core ethos for continual professional development and the advancement of local expertise has enabled us to thrive commercially whilst not losing sight that people come first. We don’t believe in wilful expansion and contraction at the expense of our teammates on behalf of the market.
We are looking for a professional archaeologist with a few years commercial experience in Britain who wants to work on a broad range of heritage projects. The successful candidate will understand the planning process; will have carried out watching briefs and written reports; will have run multi-trench evaluations and written reports; will have directed or supervised excavations and have demonstrable experience in report and archive production.
Once part of our team you can expect extensive and fully-funded training, opportunities to develop specialisms, a healthy work-life balance not predicated on crisscrossing the country and to be treated with respect. We support each other to be the best we can be.
