Administrative Assistant
About the role
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisation skills that will be seconded to the Admin Team for the NHS Adult Mental Health service based at Stratford Healthcare in Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire.
The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to clinicians and managers. You will work within an integrated and skill mixed Admin Team to support clinical service delivery.
Reporting to the Band 4 Admin Team Co-ordinator, the Warwickshire County Council Grade E role is vital to the team in providing secretarial support to clinicians and managers.
Hours: 16.5 hours hrs per week - Wednesday (9-5), Thursday (9.30-2) & Friday (9.30-2)
Key requirements
Candidates will need to have excellent typing skills, a good empathetic telephone manner, quick to learn new systems, possess good listening skills, with a can do attitude. Key responsibilities include digital dictation, minute taking and Reception duties in Outpatients.
You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
