Mental Health Operations Manager
About Us
This is an opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to progress into management.
The Role
Provide leadership to health and social care staff and support the development of high performing integrated health and social care teams by supporting the implementation of performance management and strategic planning framework that ensures that the Team's objectives are consistently and continually met by all team members.

Key Requirements
Applicants will be required to hold a social work qualification and to be HCPC registered. The post holder is required to have Approved Mental Health Professional status. Considerable experience of working in a mental health setting is essential, as are the abilities to lead and motivate people. To do this job effectively one should be adaptable and have skills in working under pressure and managing competing demands.
