Team Manager
About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new county wide Children in Care Team 14-18 years in Warwickshire. We are seeking a talented team manager to join our service where you will support our social workers to deliver positive intervention and outcomes for children in care, ensuring the voice of the child is at the centre of all of our work
The Role
Ideally you will have experience of managing social work teams and have the ability to motivate workers to provide a good quality service.

Key Requirements
You must hold a Social Work qualification with HCPC registration.
