Transport Planning Project Support Officer
37 hours per week

About us
The Transport Planning team is dedicated to developing an effective transport network in Warwickshire which will support our communities and the County's ambitious plans for growth. In recent years the team's work has included delivering new rail stations and major new or improved
road and cycle infrastructure. There is much more to come, with the team working on the development and delivery of an extensive pipeline of schemes across all modes of transport, including responding to fast moving emerging transport technology such as electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles.
About the role
We are looking for a Project Support Officer. The job will include a varied and challenging workload, with the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects and activities, providing an opportunity to build a successful career in transport planning.
Key skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to be motivated and have good organisational skills. You will need strong IT skills and the ability to learn to use new specialist software packages. As you will be working with and alongside a wide range of internal and external colleagues, partners and clients, you will need to have good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
