About us and the role:
In Adult Social Care we are looking for 2 Team leaders for the Quality in Care Team (37hrs pw) and Warwick Older People Team (37hrs pw)
The successful applicants will need to be able to challenge our approach to ensure that we all start with strengths, as well as supporting an atmosphere of collaboration and partnership that gets things done!
Older Peoples Services have been at the forefront of the development of our social care approach in Warwickshire and we want to continue to develop, and the Team Leader role is pivotal in supporting with those aspects.
Through your leadership you will optimise the potential of team members, help support their development, and promote team identities, wellbeing, and good practice in a potentially difficult and challenging working climate.
We are a supportive and listening management team, ready to act on new ideas and trust a reasoned approach. We want you and the teams you would support, to feel valued, and to maximise your and their potential.
