Customer Contact Support Officer, Business and Customer Services
About the role
The Customer Contact Support Officer is a member of the Strategy and Performance team within Business Support and Customer Services. The Service is the corporate lead in the development of Warwickshire County Council as a customer focused organisation. To this end the role
provides Management Information (MI) reports to the Service Managers within the Service.
The Service includes the following front line services: the Library and Information Service, the Customer Service Centre, One Stop Shops and Registration Services.
The role, using the 'Qlikview' software provides and develops forecasting applications to enable Service Managers to monitor performance against targets and highlights areas requiring attention. The role requires quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business planning within the Service. The statistical data to undertake the analysis and report building is derived from a number of systems including telephony and Customer Relationship Management.
