About Us
Warwickshire County Council County Highways undertake routine highway maintenance schemes/works.
Our Contract & Policy Team manage our winter services, highway policy and strategy, health and safety, environmental strategy, procurement, highway depots, financial and contractual requirements that County Highways are required to fulfil and legal, service and compliance obligations for the provision of highway services.
We are looking for a Contract and Policy Technical Officer to work within our Contract & Policy Team based within Budbrooke Depot.
The Role
To support and assist senior engineering staff, utilising and maximising the use of IT in the effective management of highway software systems, highway policy and strategy, and asset management.
Part of the role will be to provide support to other County Highways colleagues using the highway IT system, whist also providing training where necessary.
