Senior Business Configuration Analyst - Service Development and Assurance

About us
Warwickshire is currently undertaking an exciting period of transformation. Technology is central to this and we have recently implemented a new social care system which is central to transforming the way we support vulnerable people.
The Care Systems Team provide the business facing support for Social Care systems, primarily Mosaic, and are fundamental in supporting Social Care change by making the systems the best they can be.
About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Configuration Analyst to manage and coordinate the work of our team of Business Configuration Analysts. This team delivers new developments and projects which require configuration of the Mosaic system This role ensures that requests for changes are managed and resourced effectively in line with business requirements and priorities.
We are looking for someone to continue embedding the good practice that has been implemented within the team and to enable continuous improvement.
Key skills and experience
We are looking for someone with great people leadership and management skills and someone who is well organised. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills are key as is the ability to understand and use customer requirements to inform change. The successful candidate will also have experience of resourcing and delivering changes.
While an understanding of Social Care systems would be an advantage,this is not essential.
