About us and the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional mechanical services engineer seeking a new challenge, to join our Property Services team.
As part of a wider team including electrical engineers and building surveyors, the postholder will coordinate and deliver works through our supply chain, ensuring high standards and conformity to specification throughout. Working predominately within the county of Warwickshire for a range of customers, the buildings we maintain are include office accommodation, education, fire and rescue, libraries, heritage and culture.
This post offers challenge, stimulation and requires a self-motivated,
energetic, enthusiastic and team focused person. The Mechanical Maintenance Surveyor function is key to our continued success and you will understand how your performance can directly contribute to it.
You will have experience of delivering core Mechanical Building Services elements of maintenance, reactive repairs and minor works. In addition, demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining successful client relationships is a must.
