Team Manager
About Us
We have a vacancy at Team Manager level in the Initial Response Team in South Warwickshire. We are looking for a dynamic leader to become part of the management group within the Initial Response Service.
The Roles
The role will be supported by an experienced Operations Manager. The Team Manager role will be to ensure that where a Single Assessment has been identified, that Warwickshire children are see in a timely way, and that children and families receive the right service at the right time. Managers will oversee children and families that require a statutory service and will ensure that children are safe, and that meaningful plans are developed with families.
