Hotline Operator
About the role
The Facilities Hotline is the first point of contact for clients wanting to access a range of services provided by Facilities Management. We deal with a wide range of requests from schools and other clients from within and outside Warwickshire.
Some of the tasks we undertake are, placing orders with contractors for clients requesting maintenance to their buildings, arranging appointments for the production of ID badges and car parking permits and booking meeting rooms within Shire Hall and other Warwick complexes. We are a small team currently dealing with up to 500 queries a week.
