Project Manager - Property Services Warwickshire County Council are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work in the Design & Major Projects team, to deliver construction projects in the capital programme.
The team consists of property professionals providing design and management services, to the specified requirements for programme, budget and quality.
You will be responsible for managing a number of large and complex construction projects, which are varied corporate and education schemes.
Key Requirements
You will provide project management for delivery of projects and have a good understanding of the development process, from inception to completion.
