About Us & The Role
Exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join our multi-Disciplinary Team working with people with Dementia and their families. The right candidate will have a passion for providing an excellent person centred service pre and post diagnosis. The Memory Services Team provide a service through out-patient appointments, in peoples own homes,residential placements, in-patient wards and in the local community. Candidates must have access to a vehicle and may be required to drive throughout the County of Warwickshire.
