About Us and The Role
We’re looking for a Centre Worker to join us.
If you are energetic and enthusiastic, have a keen interest and commitment in working with the community along with first class communication skills and good administrative skills then this could be the job for you?
Joining our team you’ll be responsible for providing a range of tasks in support of the day to day requirements of the community centre. Based on reception you will be dealing with a range of enquiries both face to face and over the telephone in addition to greeting visitors and users to the centre ensuring the service received is appropriate and to a high standard.
Key Requirements
If you have worked in a customer service environment this is useful but the ability to provide great customer service, from whatever background, is vital.
Good planning and organising skills are important for this role
Able to work on own initiative
Flexibility and resilience.
