Warwick District Council is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, IT literate person with attention to detail to lead on the monitoring of development in the area.
This post sits within the Planning Policy and Site Delivery team and involves monitoring, recording and reporting progress of development and infrastructure across the district.

This post will involve utilising using IT databases and spreadsheets and will require somebody with attention to detail and ability to collect, record and report on data accurately. You will also need to have the ability to understand, analyse and act upon information.
You must be self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent wide-ranging communication skills. This post will involve liaising with other members of the Policy and Site Delivery team, infrastructure providers and developers.
The role involves visiting sites across the area periodically to inform the progress of developments and therefore a valid UK driving licence and access to a car or motorbike is required.
The Council has embraced hybrid working and the intention is for this jobholder to work from home although they may be required to work from the office on occasion for business reasons. However, officer working is available if necessary.
