About Us & The Role
Thank you for your interest in the position of Headteacher at Croft Junior School. Due to the retirement of the Headteacher, at the end of this academic year, the governors, staff and children are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader, who is highly effective and has a proven track record of successful leadership. We are seeking to appoint a motivated leader, who can communicate and develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders and is committed to the success of every child.

‘Together We Will Succeed’ Croft Junior School is a three form entry with 335 children currently on roll. In our latest Ofsted report, the school was rated Good in all areas, with many strengths. Croft Junior School is an extremely warm and friendly place, where everyone is valued. The school has high expectations and all staff strive for excellence in a caring, happy and safe environment. Croft Junior is an inclusive school and all staff believe that all children can succeed, flourish and shine. The school delivers an engaging, purposeful and strong curriculum, based on themes that excite and enthuse learners.
