Are you a kind and caring person who wants to make a difference to people's lives? Then you might be interested in becoming a Reablement Assistant.
Reablement is offered to people over 18 in Warwickshire for a short period of time, no longer than 6 weeks. Those people may have a disability, be frail or recovering from an illness or injury. We are a dedicated team committed to helping people to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
A reablement assistant provides support to a variety of customers who may be finding parts of their daily routine difficult. By following personalised care plans, they encourage and motivate people to have the confidence to regain skills, enabling them to manage tasks such as washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation for themselves.
This is an extremely rewarding role. Not only will you be making a positive difference, you will be able to see it first-hand as the customer progresses through the reablement service.
Reablement is a 7-day service covering the hours from 7 am - 10 pm every day of the year. We cover all areas of Warwickshire: We have a North and South base.
North areas: Rugby/Dordon/Kingsbury/Curdworth/Hartshill/Nuneaton/Bedworth
